~Faux western stones will typically vary with each stone. Each stone is unique with its own characteristics, distress marks, burnished marks, etc.. Your stones may be slightly different from the photograph because of these reasons. Those marks on the stones ARE supposed to be there. Metals are expected to look distressed, tarnished, burnished, and worn, depending on the piece.

All sales are FINAL (hygienic purposes). Rest assured, you will receive a product that has not been worn or returned to me!! No refunds or exchanges will be given. It’s tricky to shop online. Color matching can also be difficult with the variance of different computer/phone monitors.
I cannot refund or exchange for these reasons (not limited to):
~doesn’t match attire
~too big, too small, too wide, too thin
~too heavy
~too short or long
~dislike/changed mind
~buyer remorse

~If a piece arrives damaged from transit, let me know THE DAY it arrives (via USPS tracking), please! PLEASE open it when you receive it so that I can help you if there is a damage issue. This policy will be strict. Every piece will be inspected before it is shipped out to you. Much care is put into wrapping and packing your item to keep it safe during transit, but shipping can be rough on fragile items!

~Jewelry can be fragile, especially pieces that have stones. It’s not uncommon for stones to be lodged loose or even fall out. E6000 adhesive is amazing for fixing any loose stones. Also, any quick dry jewelry adhesive will work to replace stones.
