Do you combine shipping?

Yes, I will combine shipping and refund the difference after relisting fees, Etsy shipping fees and shipping material costs are subtracted. If an item is purchased by clicking an offsite ad, ie. Google ad, I do not refunding shipping overages unless there is large difference. This is due to the 12% ad fee Etsy charges when an item is purchased within 30 days of clicking an offsite ad. This does not apply to ads or searches within Etsy.

My package says it has been delivered, but I still do not have it.

Sometimes the post office marks a package delivered and it will arrive a day or two later. -If I package says it is delivered and it has been more than three days after tracking says it had been delivered please contact me and I will help file a missing package claim with the post office. - Please check with your neighbors if they received it on accident while the post office looks for your package. - If the post office says that it has indeed been delivered to the address given to me and you still do not have it, please understand that I cannot be held responsible, give refund nor send more products for missing/stolen packages. *It is the buyers responsibility to purchase insurance and/or signature required by contacting me.

What is your preorder policy?

Alli's Fabbies offers preorders on our most desirable collections. Placing a preorder means you are reserving fabric/items by paying for a listing up-front, before we receive the product in hand. Since we do not have the fabric in hand at the time of the preorder, please understand that we will ship all preorder fabrics immediately upon receiving. The estimated date of arrival is clearly noted in each preorder listing. Sometimes a manufacturer can experience delays or mis-shipments, and these situations are outside of our control. Please know that all Preorder sales are final. Preorder sales cannot be canceled, altered, traded or combined with other orders. We appreciate your understanding as we order yardage based on preorders.

I placed an order with instock items and preordered items, but it has not shipped.

Please do not order IN STOCK items with your Preorder; place multiple orders if other items are needed ASAP If you have ordered in stock items with preordered items we will ship the order once all of the items become available. We do not ship in stock items ahead of preordered items when they are ordered together.

Do you offer free shipping?

I only offer free shipping in on select pre-orders and very select items. Due to the increase of Etsy fees, I can no longer afford to give free shipping.
