At Imoyco is made to order, we don't have stock on hand. However, we're confident in the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged due to a manufacturing defect or shipping, simply send us a photo and we'll promptly send a replacement. We value your satisfaction and are dedicated to ensuring you're happy with your purchase.

You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hours of purchase, provided it hasn't been processed or shipped. Since we often begin production within an hour of receiving an order, it's crucial to contact us immediately if you need to make any changes. We're committed to accuracy and want to ensure your order is exactly what you want before it leaves our hands.

Wholesale availability

Interested in placing a large order? Get in touch with us to discuss discounted pricing for bulk purchases. We welcome wholesale inquiries.

In the event your package arrives damaged, it's likely due to shipping. Please contact us through Etsy with photos of the damage so we can process an insurance claim. After verifying the damage, we'll gladly offer either a replacement or a refund to ensure you're satisfied with the outcome.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, including any apartment or unit numbers, to prevent delivery issues. We're unable to provide refunds or replacements for orders lost due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us, we're happy to offer a discount on a replacement order, or you can purchase a re-shipping label to have it sent again.

Slight variations in garment sizing (up to 1 inch/2.54 cm) can occur due to the manufacturing process. This is normal and not a sign of a faulty product. We provide detailed size charts to help you choose the right fit, and these minor differences shouldn't impact how the garment looks or feels. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about sizing.

Gift Wrapping & Packaging

Our packaging is discreet, without any pricing information or labels, making it ideal for sending gifts directly. You can even include a personalized gift message at checkout!

What is the "Fast Shipping" option in the size menu?

The "Fast Shipping" option is an optional upgrade to expedite your order's delivery. It is a shipping service, not an item. To use this option, please first select the t-shirt type, size, and color you want and add it to your cart. Then, go back to the listing and add the "Fast Shipping" option to your cart separately before you check out.

Can I just buy the "Fast Shipping" option on its own?

No. Purchasing the "Fast Shipping" option by itself is not a complete order and will be canceled. To receive your item, you must also purchase a shirt.

This item has had a high sales volume over the past 6 months.
