How soon will I receive my order?

Current production time is 3-5 business days (business days do not include Sat/Sun or Holidays) and 2-4 days for shipping. NOTE: extended production time is in place during late Nov/Dec, please see listing description for details.

Why do the colors on my item look different than the pictures shown in the listing?

Due to computer monitor differences, actual colors of printed items may vary slightly from what appears online.

I purchased a customized item, where do I leave my customization details?

Please leave customization details in the personalization box within the listing. Be sure to double-check spelling since I will spell the names/details exactly how you've written. If a change is requested after your item is printed, a re-print can be made at the customer's expense.

I put the wrong mailing address on my order, how can I update it?

Please let me know as soon as possible if you need to update the mailing address. If your order has already been mailed, you will be responsible for the cost to re-ship the item once it has been returned back to me.

My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

Please send me a message and include a picture of the damaged item. Please note that it is your responsibility to open and inspect your package in a timely manner, claims of damaged items after 7 days of your package marked as "delivered" will not be honored.

Can I include a gift note on my order?

If you'd like to include a short note with your order, please let me know those details in the "add a note" section at check out, I will add it to the receipt included inside the package. The receipt does not contain any pricing information.
