Customs Information
United States

From 29 August 2025, the U.S. government removed the $800 duty-free import allowance, meaning all orders shipped to the U.S. are now subject to import taxes and duties, regardless of order value.

To keep things simple, all U.S. orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) via Royal Mail. This means:

All duties and taxes are paid upfront at checkout

No surprise fees on delivery

No customs paperwork or delays

Final delivery is handled as normal by the U.S. postal service

Other International Destinations

At this time, DDP is only offered for U.S. orders. Orders shipped elsewhere may incur additional customs charges, duties, or taxes on arrival, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Attach pins and keychains securely to avoid loss or accidental injury.

Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, heat, or direct sunlight, which may cause fading, warping, or damage.

Storage

Store products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and humidity. Store flat where possible (such as prints, memo pads, and sticker sheets) to prevent bending or creasing. Keep unused items securely stored and out of reach of children and pets.

Disposal

Dispose of products responsibly in accordance with local waste and recycling regulations. Paper products may be recyclable where facilities exist. Vinyl, acrylic, and plastic components are not biodegradable and should be recycled where possible. Do not incinerate plastic, vinyl, or acrylic materials, as they may release harmful fumes.
