Can I change the font or layout of the design?

How do I remove wrinkles from my fabric banner?

Our fabric signs are shipped rolled to minimize creasing, but some wrinkles may occur. You can iron the back of the banner on a medium heat setting (steam is okay). We recommend placing a thin cloth between the iron and the banner for extra protection.

How do I clean my wooden cork holder or napkin rings?

Simply wipe with a slightly damp, soft cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or submerge in water. For our walnut items, you can occasionally apply a food-safe wood oil to keep them looking fresh.

Do you accept returns or cancellations?

The off-white was closer to true white than in the photos and the olive green was much darker in real life than in the proofs sent. With that said, it’s still a beautiful sign and were excited to use it on our big day!
