What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

I take great care in packaging all items to ensure they arrive safely. If your item does arrive damaged, please reach out to me on the day of delivery. I will refund the cost of the item and the shipping fees. Important: When submitting your claim, please include photos of the damaged item as well as images of the damaged packaging.

If I am disappointed or unhappy with my purchase?

In accordance with current legislation, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the receipt of your order. This right allows you to change your mind and return the items purchased. To exercise this right, please contact me via Etsy message within 14 days of receiving your order. I will provide you with the necessary instructions for returning the items. Items must be returned within 30 days of the order in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Once we have received the returned item, we will issue a refund within 14 days. Return shipping costs and customs fees are your responsibility. Do you offer combined shipping for multiple items?

Yes, absolutely! My shop features unique items of varying weights (ceramics, vintage wood, collectibles), so combined shipping costs vary. For US orders, prices include shipping & customs duties (DDP—no hidden fees!). Bundling multiple items saves on freight, and I pass those savings directly to you. How it works: Before ordering: Message me your selection. I'll calculate the exact combined weight and send a custom quote or discount code. After ordering: Place your orders directly. I’ll combine packages whenever safe and automatically refund any excess shipping cost upon packing!

Signature Required for Delivery / No Signature Required?

What should I do if my item is late or lost?

If your item has not been delivered within two weeks after the estimated delivery date, please reach out to me. I will initiate an investigation into the matter. If La Poste declares the item as lost, I will issue a full refund. Please note that I always ship with a tracking number and require a signature upon delivery. If you choose a shipping option without a signature, I cannot be held responsible for any lost items.

What happens if my parcel is returned to the sender due to failure to pick it up at the Post Office, or if the address provided was incorrect or insufficient?

If your parcel is returned to me because you give me an incorrect or insufficient address, I will issue a refund for the item price, minus the shipping costs incurred. If you have been notified by me or your Post Office that your parcel is available for pickup, and you do not collect it in time: I will refund you the item price (after deducting shipping costs) once the parcel is returned to me. If you would like the item resent, you will need to cover the shipping costs again.
