To keep your coloured rings as vibrant as possible and protect the integrity of the rings, remove your pieces before showering or swimming. If you'd like to wash your piece do so gently using your fingers with hand soap and warm water. Don't use any harsh chemicals. Collars are not made to withstand any pulling or rough play.

Personalized colours for premade designs.

I can personalize my items in the colour scheme of your choosing if I have the rings. Please message me first before placing the order. If I do not have the rings needed to make your custom, you can either wait until I need to place a ring order or I can place the order for your rings immediately while you pay the shipping ($15 CAD). I will require the $15 upfront before the order is placed. I accept E-transfer or PayPal. Additional fees and wait time may apply with certain colours, as some have a limited quantity available.

All pieces are adjustable within the size you choose. If you want something in a size that is not listed please message me! I'm happy to adjust anything to fit you perfectly. Depending on the size, additional fees and wait time may apply.

If the incorrect address was submitted or item returned to me

If the wrong address was input at checkout send me a message asap to correct it before it's shipped. If it has already been shipped out and your package is sent back to us, you will have to cover the fees to reship the order. Payment can be made through E-transfer or PayPal. If I do not receive the item back from the incorrect address and you want a replacement, you will need to repurchase the item again. A refund cannot be allocated if I never receive the item.

Can you track my package?

Yes. All packages will be tracked and you will be provided the tracking number.

Custom Orders ($ CAD)

If I do not have the rings needed to make your custom, you can either wait until I need to place a ring order or I can place the order for your rings immediately while you pay the shipping ($14). I will require the $14 upfront before the order is placed. I accept E-transfer or PayPal. Customs are not return or exchangeable. Collars and chokers are not made to withstand any pulling or rough play. If you no longer want the order after I’ve already begin making it, you will receive 50% of your order fee back (not including shipping if I had to order rings just for you).

Returns and exchanges

I can accept returns on most items that are unused and unworn. Customs and certain items are not return or exchangeable. Items eligible for return must be returned in their original condition and packaging if they came in a pouch. $2 will be deducted from your return if pouch is missing. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless we've made a mistake with your order, in which case we will cover the cost. Upon receiving your return in unworn, undamaged condition, you will then be issued your refund.
