Where can I print my art?

You can print at home, through a local print shop, or use an online printing service. For the best results, I recommend heavyweight matte or fine art giclée paper. Glossy or basic copy paper won’t do your artwork justice! UK customers: I personally use Printed.com – their giclée options like Canson Cotton or Hahnemühle are excellent. You'll get 15% off your first order via the referral link you will receive in your PDF. Other options (UK & international): Beyond Print · The Print Space · Mixam · Pixel2Print · Vistaprint In the US, Poster Jack has been recommended by other artists. Local options like Staples or Office Depot may work too, though quality varies. Always opt for fine art paper if you can.

Can I get a custom size?

Yes – I offer one resize per listing, free of charge. Please message me before purchasing to check if your requested size is possible. - Resizing is only offered to SINGLE PRINTS. Not TV art, sets or bundles.

Is your artwork for commercial use?

All artwork from Dandy Prints is for personal use only. You may print it as many times as you like for your own home or as a personal gift - but resale, redistribution, or using the designs commercially in any form is not permitted. Every vintage piece has been thoughtfully restored, reworked, or recoloured. My original humour prints are entirely created by me and protected under copyright.

I can’t find my download email or receipt.

Check your spam, junk, or Gmail’s “Promotions” or “Social” tabs. The email will come from Etsy (transaction@etsy.com). You can also find your download directly by logging in at etsy.com/your/purchases on a browser (not the Etsy app). If all of these options fail, pease get in touch and I can re-send your purchase to you directly.

Where do I access my downloads?

Sign in to Etsy on a web browser (you CANNOT access downloads in the Etsy app), then: • Go to Your Account → Purchases and Reviews • Click Download Files next to your order • If you don’t see the button, click the grey arrow to expand the order Be sure to save your files after downloading — I remove older files from cloud storage every 6 months to make space for new work.

I purchased without an Etsy account. Where’s my file?

If you checked out as a guest, your download link is in the receipt email Etsy sent after purchase. If you used Apple Pay with “Hide My Email,” that email may have gone to a private, randomly generated address. I highly recommend NOT checking out with Apple when making digital purchases. If you're stuck, just message me — I'm happy to help!

How do I download from Google Drive?

Click the link in your download PDF. You don’t need a Google account. On the image you want to download, click the three dots in the right hand corner and select download.

Damaged Items On Arrival (Physical Prints)

If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch ASAP with clear photos of: the damaged item the packaging the shipping label (with your name and address visible) This helps me to assess the issue and contact my shipping and printing team. Once reviewed, I’ll offer a resolution. This may include a free replacement, refund, or another fair offer depending on the situation.

Print Quality & Colour Differences (Physical Prints)

If your item arrives with a printing error or fault, I'm happy to offer a free replacement or refund. Just message me with the details and include photos. Please note that colours may vary slightly from those you see on screen. This is due to screen calibration differences and does not qualify as a fault or reason for return.

Returns & Refunds of Physical Prints

Because each print is only produced after your order is placed, it is classed as made to order. Therefore, I don’t accept returns or cancellations once the print has gone into production. You have 12 hours from the time of purchase to cancel or amend your order before it’s sent to production. Please double-check your delivery details and chosen print size during this time (please note: I’m unable to replace or refund items lost due to an incorrect delivery address being provided at checkout.) As sizes and details are clearly stated in each listing, I cannot accept returns if you simply change your mind or find that the artwork or size isn’t suitable for your space.

To help customers make an informed decision, the paper specifications, thickness reference image and product details are all included within the listing.
