Printing on heavyweight matte or fine art paper is recommended, resulting in authentic reproductions. Recommended online print services: U.S. printing service: finerworks.com / mpix.com / nationsphotolab.com Canada printing service: posterjack.ca / pictorem.com / henrysphotocentre.com U.K. printing service: theprintspace.co.uk European printing service: beyondprint.eu 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞. While you can also print at local copy centres like Walgreens, etc., print quality and color accuracy will vary. I highly recommend a professional online print service. If using a home printer, color outcome/quality will vary.

To access your digital files from your Etsy account: Sign in to Etsy.com on a web browser (not the Etsy app) and go to "Your account". Go to "Purchases and reviews". Next to the order, select Download Files. ➡ If you don't see a download button, click the tiny grey arrow to the right of the order. This brings you to the Downloads page. If payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be grey. Please save the files to your device immediately after purchase. When a design is discontinued, it will be deleted from my cloud storage within 6 months to make room for new designs.

You do not need a Dropbox account to download the files. If prompted to log-in or sign-up, click the "or continue with download only". I always recommend downloading your files directly to your personal computer or device. To download the high resolutions files, open the individual file you need and do a direct download by clicking the download icon. 𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐝𝐨 𝐧𝐨𝐭 right click and save the image shown on your screen. This only saves a low resolution preview image. Download each file that you need individually. Do not download entire folders unless you are familiar with extracting compressed zip files.

If you paid via Apple Pay or logged in through an Apple ID and cannot locate your order, or did not receive the emailed Etsy receipt, please read below. When signing into Etsy through the app, you may have chosen the option "Hide My Email", which creates a unique, random email address to use with apps, websites, etc, to keep your personal email private. In turn, you will not receive the Etsy email receipt with the link to download your files. Instead, it was sent to the randomly created email address. If you cannot locate your order by logging into your Etsy account through a web browser (Etsy.com - not the app), please reach out to me through Etsy messaging. Etsy support could also help you locate your order.
