How do I make sure my order is correct?

Please carefully review all personalization details before placing your order, including name spelling, symbols, colors, and any custom selections. We create each item exactly as it is entered in the personalization box at checkout and are not able to interpret or correct entries after submission. Once your order is delivered, we strongly recommend opening and reviewing it right away. If anything is incorrect or not as expected, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and make it right. Prompt communication allows us to resolve issues quickly and effectively. We begin production quickly, so changes cannot always be made once your order has been placed. We are unable to remake items due to customer entry errors.

Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and determine an appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis. We begin processing orders quickly, so cancellations or changes are not always possible once an order has been placed. If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate before production begins. Items that have been used or concerns reported after the intended use date (such as holidays or events) may not be eligible for full resolution. Digital products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once accessed.

What if there is an issue with my delivery?

If your tracking shows “delivered,” it means the carrier has completed delivery to the address provided at checkout. Sometimes packages arrive shortly AFTER being marked delivered. Check all doors, porches, and mailbox areas, asking household members, and checking with nearby neighbors. You can also contact your local post office, as they can often confirm the exact delivery location using GPS. In some cases, carriers scan packages early and they arrive later that day or within a couple of days. Once a package is marked delivered, it is considered complete by the carrier and is not covered for theft or misplacement after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, please send us clear photos of item & packaging within 48 hours of delivery.

What if my order is delayed, lost, or doesn’t arrive on time?

Orders are processed within our stated production timeframe (typically 3–10 business days unless otherwise noted). Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once your order has shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. Delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues are outside of our control. Delivery is completed based on the shipping address provided at checkout, so please ensure your address is correct when placing your order. If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly for the most accurate updates. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with your local post office, as they can often provide additional delivery details.

Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?

Due to the custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and determine an appropriate resolution. If your item arrives damaged, please send clear photos of both the item and packaging. We will guide you through next steps, which may include a shipping insurance claim. Please retain all packaging, as it may be required by the carrier. Items that have been used or concerns reported after the intended use date may not be eligible for full resolution.

Can I see a proof or make changes to my order?

Due to the high volume of orders we process, we do not send proofs prior to production unless a photo proof upgrade is purchased. If a photo proof is purchased and we do not receive a response within 7 days, your order will be completed using the submitted details and shipped to avoid delays. Please ensure that all personalization details are correct before submitting your order, as changes cannot always be made once production has begun. Order sneak peaks frequently are posted on Instagram @zoelleandco

How long will my order take? Do you offer rush production?

All items are made to order and processed within our stated production timeframe (typically 3–10 business days unless otherwise noted in the listing). Processing time does not include shipping time. If you need your order sooner, a rush order upgrade may be available in our shop and must be purchased at the time of ordering. Please note that shipping carriers provide estimated delivery dates, but these are not guaranteed. Once your order has been shipped, transit time is outside of our control. DO YOU WORK WITH INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS? Yes! Many of our products ship worldwide. See individual listing for shipping options and shipping location availability.

Additional Order Policies

• Customers are responsible for entering correct personalization details and shipping information at checkout • Sale prices and promotions cannot be applied retroactively after purchase • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or peak holiday volume • By placing an order, you agree to all shop policies and processing timelines listed in each product listing. We are always happy to help with any questions prior to ordering to ensure everything is just right.

What happens if my package is returned to your shop?

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, including any apartment or unit number. If your package is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, or because the package wasn’t collected, we’re happy to resend it once it arrives back at our shop. We’ll confirm your address and the shipping cost with you before sending it again. The customer is responsible for the cost of a new shipping label, including orders that originally qualified for free shipping. If we made an error with your shipping label, we’ll cover the cost to resend your order. If the return appears to be a carrier error, we’ll look into it with you before deciding the next step.

Care - Sizing - Color Options

WHAT ARE THE CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR MY ITEM? For clothing items fabrics, and handmade items, please wash items inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean, and do not iron directly on the design. DO YOU OFFER COLOR MATCHING? To match a specific color theme, you may send photos or links before or after placing your order. We will do our best to match as closely as possible, though exact color matches cannot be guaranteed due to variations in materials and screens. Please review sizing details carefully before ordering, as we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for sizing-related issues.
