Do you accept returns, exchanges or cancellations?

Due to the nature of our made-to-order and mostly personalized items, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or requests for alterations once the item has entered production or was shipped/delivered. Cancellations are accepted only within 6 hours of purchase. After this window, your item is sent to production and cannot be cancelled at that stage. If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, this will always be addressed to your full satisfaction. Please contact us immediately and attach photographic documentation of the damage. FOR DIGITAL DOWNLOADS - Due to the nature of digital download file, no refund or cancellation can be offered. If there’s any problem with digital file/template, please contact us for further assistance.

Do you send photos before you ship custom items?

Due to the high volume of orders that we create and ship every day we are unable to send photos or create mock-ups before creation and shipment. We do have a photo proof package listing for purchase if you are interested. We also often share sneak peeks on our Instagram @LAUMIANstudio. For personalization please purchase an add-on fee. If the add-on fee is not purchased and details to edit are provided, we will proceed the order within 10 hours without additional edits. If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference? The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that discount.

Do you offer refunds if my order is delivered broken?

No refunds since every item is handmade. If an item breaks in shipment we have insured its value up to $100 and you can submit the claim to shipping provider online to have that insurance amount sent to you as a check in the mail. If you would like more than $100 of insurance please let us know at the time of purchase. Note that when submitting an insurance claim. **You MUST have photos of the item and the box/packaging and you must retain the box/packaging to take to the post office if proof of damage is required. Shipping insurance MAY also require that the customer take the damaged item to a waste yard for disposal and obtain proof of disposal. **Note that any damage must be reported to our shop within 48 hours of the package arriving.

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

LAUMIANstudio is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item - please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department. What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped? If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

DIGITAL DOWNLOAD - Where can I locate my digital download files?

To access your digital files from your account (MAKE SURE YOU ACCESS FROM A COMPUTER. ETSY APP DOES NOT PROVIDE A DOWNLOAD ICON BUTTON): 1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. 2. Go to Purchases and reviews. 3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. 4. You can also go back to the item’s listing page, where you should see an “Instant Download" message on the images for the item. There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed.

DIGITAL DOWNLOAD - Do you offer printing services?

Please note that we do not offer printing services for our products. However, there are many options available for printing your purchased products. Some popular online printing services include Vistaprint, Zazzle, and Shutterfly. Alternatively, you can print at home using your own printer. We recommend using white cardstock that is 100lbs - 110lbs for best results. Another option is to use a local professional printer or a chain copy/photo center such as Staples, Walgreens, or CVS. These options allow you to choose the best printing method that suits your needs and budget. If you have any questions about printing, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

DIGITAL DOWNLOAD - What tool do I need for editing my template?

You would need to log in or sign in to Canva account. Free version is sufficient. You are able to edit texts, colors, fonts, add or remove elements, add your photos and much more. Canva is very user friendly platform.

DIGITAL DOWNLOAD - Terms of Use

Our templates are for personal use only, and any commercial use or resale in any format is strictly prohibited. We monitor usage on a daily basis, and if we suspect commercial use, we will contact you via Etsy messaging. Failure to respond may result in permanent revocation of template access. Templates are for one-time use only, with unlimited editing and proofing, but creating multiple versions for various projects is not allowed. Access to templates is valid for 90 days, and viewing, printing, or downloading content is for personal use only. We reserve the right to revoke access if users fail to comply with our terms.

DIGITAL DOWNLOAD - How do I edit/customize template?

• After purchase you will receive files via email or go to your Etsy Profile/Purchases, open PDF with link to Canva template. • Click on “Edit template”. • Log in or create new Canva account (free version is sufficient). • Edit template. If you are new to Canva and need help, check CANVA TUTORIALS FOR BEGINNERS (link included in pdf) or Canva's tutorials. • When editing is complete, in the top right corner click on Share/ Download/ Select PDF or PNG or JPG/ Download. • Your files are ready for print. • If you have any questions, please have a look on FAQ included in purchased PDF or contact us.
