Do you offer rush production on our Texas Country & Western, Retro 60s, Retro 70s, Vintage 80s Themed, or other themed gift offerings?

Due to the nature of most of our products, Print on Demand, we currently do not offer a Rush option. All orders will be processed within 1-5 business days and sent to our manufacturing partners. Expected shipping is often an option.

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

CRs Collectibles is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order, we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount.

What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?

If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

What are the care instructions and sizing for the retro, vintage, and TX country & western themed gifts?

For clothing items, please wash items inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean, and do not iron directly on the design (unless otherwise stated). What are the sizing details? What if it doesn't fit after I try it on? A detailed size chart is available in all listings (even none clothing items, when available). It is the buyer's responsibility to select the correct size. Generally, Unisex apparel tends to run slightly smaller.

For Digital Download Products - Do you accept return or cancellation?

Due to the nature of the digital download file, no refund or cancellation can be offered. If there's any problem with the image, please contact us for further assistance.

For Physical Products - Do you accept return or cancellation on the themed Vintage/Retro Gifts?

There is a small window for Print on Demand to be canceled, so please reach out to us ASAP. Due to the fact that most of our gifts are not manufactured until ordered, once production has started, your order can’t be canceled. No guarantees are given, but we will do everything we can to assist.

Since returns are not accepted, what do I do if I have any problems with my Texas Country & Western, Retro 60s, Retro 70s, Vintage 80s Themed, or other themed gift order?
