Using a soft measuring tape or string, measure the circumference of your head, just above your eyebrow (see product image for reference). This measurement is commonly known as your "hat size."

Our CPAP sleep mask is made from a 95% bamboo 5% spandex blend & is the same fabric used to make our custom cpap chin straps and hair sleeves.

I like to put mine on when I awaken in the night, just before dawn. I find by doing this, I get protection from the sunrise peaking through my windows - giving me at least an extra hour of sleep every morning!

Super-soft like a second skin & a minimal design, this sleep mask is great for restorative sleep and fits nicely under your CPAP head gear. If you are a sleep apnea sufferer, it does not interfere with cpap headgear & can also be worn with our custom cpap chin straps.
