This listing is for 18 bars of goat milk soap. Bars are hand cut to 3 3/4" x 2" x 3/4" approximately 3 oz each. We make our soap with raw goat milk from our Lamancha goats right here at Happy Goat Creamery. All our soap is made using the Cold process method.

1 Oatmeal (unscented)

1 Eucalyptus
1 spearmint
1 cinnamon
1 honey (unscented)
1 lavender charcoal

Base Ingredients: All vegetable shortening (palm oil & soybean oil), goat milk, lye.

After that other ingredients such as Lavender essential oil or honey or oatmeal or activated charcoal or cocoa butter is added to the soap to make the different varieties we offer. See photos for more info.

Bars are individually labeled and wrapped.

SMELL:
We use essential oils, as a result the soap is naturally less fragrant than most soaps. It never has that candle aisle smell.

RETURN POLICY:
We accept all returns as long as items are in new usable condition i.e. you use it, you own it. Shipping costs are never refundable. Only the item's sale price will be refunded.

* If the items being returned were free shipping listings there will be a variable restocking fee of 30% to 50% of sale price.

For items that are damaged in shipping: before a refund will be issued for items damaged in shipping you must send us clear photos of the items and their packaging and contact your local post office.

For items lost in shipping: We always trust the tracking information. No refunds will be given if the item is scanned "Delivered". However, a refund will be given if the package is Still scanned "In transit" after 3 weeks from purchase date.

If your package returns to us marked undeliverable you can choose to fix the address and pay the additional shipping to send it out again OR we can refund you the purchase price less the cost of shipping of the items you ordered.

SHIPPING POLICY:
Our handling time is 1 business day. All packages are shipped USPS with tracking.

Expect All shipments sent in December to be delayed. The post office gets a backlog of packages that sometimes stay in one location for days. Expect to wait at least 14 business days for your items to arrive. Even items shipped priority mail.

We reserve the right to deny service to anyone for any reason.
Attention: Due to unforseen circumstances, sandalwood goat milk soap bars are now made with a Sandalwood fragrance oil instead of essential oil. If this listing is a mixed pack and you wish to swap out the sandalwood bar please message me. Thank you for understanding.As of May 2025,our base ingredients of our soaps are palm oil, canola oil and/or soybean oil, goat milk and lye. Each variety then has an added ingredient.
