Can I cancel my order or make changes to it?

Because of our quick turnaround time, all orders begin processing immediately. Due to this, we are unable to cancel an order or make changes to it. *Please double check all information left in notes before purchasing.*

Each listing has a size chart to choose the best fit. We recommend always going by the size chart. We will not choose a size for you based on height and weight due to ensure the proper fit.

Can you send a proof of my custom order?

For custom orders. we will send a preview email to review the order. In order to keep our turnaround as fast as possible on all items, if we do not hear back from you in 2-3 3 days, we will process your order as designed. To ensure you're happy with the design, please keep an eye on your Etsy mail to provide approval. If you have any questions or concerns about a font or color please message us.

Can I change my address on an order?

Please message us within an hour of placing your order. Once we receive an order, we begin processing it immediately in order to keep our quick turnaround time. We will do our best to update the shipping address, but it's important to check your address prior to placing your order. If an item has shipped before we receive your message to change an address, we are not responsible for the item shipping to a wrong address or for replacing the item. If an item shipped to a wrong address is sent back to us, you will be contacted with the amount to reship the item. We will not reship your item unless this amount is paid in full. If the item has not shipped yet, we try our best to change the address for you.

What if there is a mistake with my order when I received it?

If you receive an item and there is a mistake with it, you must message us within 48 hours of delivery. After this time frame, we are not responsible for issues with an order. If the order was made with the notes you left, but the notes you entered were wrong or in the wrong order, we will not remake or refund an order. *Please double check all information left in notes before purchasing. * If there is an error on our part, we will replace the item with a corrected item.

When will my order ship?

Our turnaround time varies by product, but Etsy provides an estimated delivery timeframe for each order before purchase. Once the product ships, you will receive an email notification from Etsy with tracking for the order and an estimated date of arrival.

How long will it take to make this?

Each item has a specific turnaround time. Turnaround times are different than shipping times and the total days of both added together gives you your estimated delivery date. You will see an estimated delivery time frame for each item before purchase. Typically, our turnaround time on embroidered items range from 1-2 weeks, while our direct print to garment items range from 2-5 days. Again, this does not include shipping time.

Why does my package says delivered but isn't or tracking is not updating?

Once an order is shipped, you receive an email with tracking for that order. Once the package has been shipped, we are not responsible for the item and have no more information than what the tracking number shows. If there is an issue with shipment/delivery you will have to contact USPS or your local post office for assistance. We are not responsible for lost packages due to USPS handling.

Do you offer gift messages or guaranteed delivery dates?

Because we work with a production partner, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or include traditional gift messages inside the package. However, we offer a better solution! We will create a beautiful, customized placeholder card featuring a photo of the item you purchased, which you can print and present right away.
