RETURNS AND EXCHANGES Since all items are customized for each customer, all sales are FINAL. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. We don't accept returns, exchanges. Exchanges/Refunds are only granted if the incorrect item has been sent by the seller or damaged or defective. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

RETURNED PACKAGES The customer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address at checkout is correct and verified through USPS. If the customers package is returned to me, I will contact the customer, but the customer is responsible for paying postage on the package to have it re-shipped.

DAMAGE/DEFECTS Customer is responsible for inspecting the item within 72 hours of receiving the package and messaging us immediately about any defects that may appear on the sweatshirt / T- shirt. We will not replace any items after this deadline for any reason, as by this point the defect could have occurred due to issues that are beyond my control.
