Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery?

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or there is a production error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of: - The item received - The issue/defect If the issue is confirmed as a production error, we will gladly send a replacement. We do not offer refunds or replacements for: - Incorrect size selection - Change of mind - Incorrect address entered at checkout - Differences in personal expectations of product We encourage customers to carefully review the full product description, sizing information, and listing images before purchasing. If you are unsure about a product, please feel free to reach out.

Do you offer rush production?

All orders are processed within 3–10 business days. Because each item is custom made, we cannot guarantee faster production times. If you have a deadline, please contact us before placing your order and we will let you know what is possible.

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are handled by the shipping carrier. If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in opening a carrier claim. We are not responsible for: - Delays caused by the shipping carrier - Packages marked as delivered - Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout Please ensure your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because all items go into production quickly, cancellations or changes are only possible within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, we cannot guarantee modifications.

This wrapping paper caught my eye with its richness and unique design. Ordinarily I wouldn't pay so much on shipping for wrapping paper, but it was on sale so ordered it. I bought the matte finish and it reminds me of lush wallpaper. It was mailed in a very sturdy cardboard carton (which might explain the shipping cost) and the paper was rolled with no chance of any damage. The paper is a good weight with lines on the back to make cutting it easier. I got regular updates so it was easy to track where it was. I don't find wrapping paper of this quality locally. Makes any gift extra special and am looking forward to using it. Very happy with my purchase.

Do not purchase wrapping paper from this shop at all. Their prices are astronomical compared to competition, and the quality is abysmal. I paid over $50 for what I thought was a luxury wrapping paper, only to receive a roll with VERY obvious seams in the pattern (which looked AI generated, might I add) about every 20" or so. I had bought this paper to wrap a specific gift, and as you wrap with the design side down, I did not realize the quality issue until after i had cut into the paper. When I reached out, the seller told me that this pattern variation was EXPECTED and not out of the norm, which is an insane red flag to me. When has anyone EVER purchase wrapping paper where the pattern just....didn't line up??? Refused to refund me as well. Do not shop here!!

Unfortunately, the wrapping paper had already been fully used, which made it impossible for us to process a return. Regarding the pattern, slight variations can occur in certain specialty print designs, and we do our best to accurately represent this in our listing photos.
