How do I download my digital files?

If you have an Etsy account, sign in from a web browser (not the app) and go to Your Account → Purchases and Reviews. Next to your order, select Download Files (or tap the small gray arrow on mobile). This will take you to your Downloads Page, where you can access all attached files instantly. If you purchased as a guest, Etsy automatically sends a download link to the email you used at checkout. If you don’t see it, check your Spam, Junk, or for Gmail users, your Promotions and Social tabs. Files cannot be downloaded from the Etsy app, so please use Safari, Chrome, or another browser.

Apple ID / Apple Pay Purchases

If you used Apple ID and selected “Hide My Email,” Etsy cannot send your download email. To access your files, visit Etsy.com through a web browser, sign in using Continue with Apple, and go to Purchases. Downloads are not supported in the Etsy app.

What sizes are included?

Each artwork includes five high-resolution ratio files covering more than twenty-five print sizes. • 2:3 ratio: 4x6", 8x12", 16x24", 20x30", 24x36" (up to 61x91.5 cm) • 3:4 ratio: 6x8", 9x12", 18x24", 24x32" (up to 61x81 cm) • 4:5 ratio: 8x10", 16x20", 24x30" (up to 61x76 cm) • 5:7 ratio: 5x7", 10x14", 20x28", 25x35" (up to 63.5x89 cm) • 11:14 ratio: 11x14", 22x28" (up to 56x71 cm) A full sizing chart is included in each listing for easy reference.

Can I get a custom size?

Yes! I’m happy to offer one complimentary resize per purchase for dimensions outside the included range. Please message me before purchasing to confirm availability. Custom files are sent via a private download link through Etsy Messages.

Where can I print my artwork?

For the most accurate color and quality, I always recommend professional printing. In the U.S., beautiful results come from FinerWorks, Mpix, or PosterJack; in Canada, PosterJack.ca, Pictorem, or Henrys Photo Centre; in the U.K., The Print Space; and across Europe, Beyond Print offers exquisite fine-art options. Local shops such as Staples, FedEx, or boutique print studios can also produce excellent prints, just note that color accuracy may vary. If printing online, it’s best to upload your file directly through the printer’s website rather than emailing it, as this preserves image clarity.

What paper should I choose?

A heavyweight matte or smooth cardstock gives a timeless, elegant finish and is perfect for most spaces. For a more elevated look, archival fine-art papers (especially those with a subtle watercolor or canvas texture) add depth and authenticity. For gallery-grade results, request Giclée printing on premium papers such as Hahnemühle FineArt Baryta, Epson Exhibition Fiber, or Moab Entrada Rag Natural. My personal favorite? Archival fine-art paper. It captures every brushstroke and light nuance exactly as intended.

Will colors look exactly as on my screen?

Slight color differences between screens and prints are natural as each monitor, printer, and paper type interprets tones a little differently. Professional printing and a calibrated screen will always give the truest match.

For beautifully crafted options, I recommend Frame It Easy, Framebridge, or FinerWorks in the U.S.; Artalo and FrameHaus in Canada; and IKEA, Maisons du Monde, or Dunelm throughout Europe. If you prefer in-person shopping, Michaels, Target, and Walmart all carry elegant ready-made frames in a range of styles.
