Can you rush my order?

If my schedule allows—YES! 💨 I totally get last-minute con prep panic. Rush orders usually require a small fee to cover overtime materials and late-night crafting (with help from my playlist and lots of snacks 😅). Send me a message before ordering to double-check availability.

What materials do you use?

High-quality faux fur (super soft and fluffy!), foam for structure, durable polyester lining, and strong plastic or metal hardware for attachments. I source materials that hold up well to wear and tear—perfect for cons, meetups, or dance competitions 🪩. If you have fabric sensitivities, let me know—I’ll suggest alternatives.

How do I take care of my furry accessories?

Here’s your care guide from your furry friend Peter: Spot clean only! Mild soap + water + gentle dabbing = happy ears/tails. Never throw them in the washing machine or dryer! For long fur, use a pet slicker brush to fluff it back to life. If your item gets squished in shipping, just shake it out and give it a quick brush. Treat them gently and they’ll stay cute and photo

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! 🌍 I ship worldwide. International buyers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, and import taxes (that part’s out of my control 😅). I always fill out customs forms honestly to avoid delays. If you want faster delivery, message me about express shipping upgrades.

Can you match my existing fursuit colors?

I’ll try my absolute best! 🎨 If you send me clear daylight photos or Pantone/fabric swatches, I’ll search my fur inventory and even source new fabric if needed. Keep in mind: dye lots and lighting can cause slight variations, but I’ll always communicate with you before production starts.

Are your products comfortable for long wear?

Totally! I design with comfort and breathability in mind. Headbands are lightweight, tails won’t drag you down, and attachment points won’t dig into your skin. If you have any pressure point issues (common with headbands), just let me know—I can add padding or adjust tension.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives squished or minorly bent from shipping—don’t worry! Most fluff and fabric will bounce back after a shake and brush. If there’s real damage (tears, broken clips, etc.), message me with photos within 3 days of delivery. I’ll either repair, remake, or refund, depending on what works best for you.
