I ordered this dress expecting to get the sleeveless top pictured. Instead, what I received was a top with sleeves and pads. I had provided the exact measurements that the seller asked for, but they said nothing about not including certain measurements (the sleeve length) so I included them thinking they affected a seam in the bodice I didn't know about. I'm not a seamstress, so why would I question them? I didn't even know sleeves and cups was an option, but apparently BOTH ARE OPTIONS. The seller never confirmed I wanted either of the options, and I did't not want either. I'm not comfortable with sleeves close to my arms and I DO NOT need pads. The addition of pads made it where I cannot wear a bra with it, and braless is not an option for me. He refused to replace just the top and is still arguing.

If you not shared us these details while placing order, How we get details ? Most of buyers are give us requirement/measurement on order placing time and we stitch/design as per it.
