There may still be a slight delay in digital mock ups and final drawings while I get everything up to date, but please rest assured I'm working through everything as quickly as possible. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding.

Celebrate your favourite spot, whether it was a first date, wedding or just your favourite restaurant, this custom hand-drawn illustration is the perfect gift. Created from a photo of your favourite place or building and can be personalised with a date, initials or a custom message - making it the perfect keepsake, especially for Valentine's day, birthday's, anniversaries or wedding gifts!

All styles of buildings can be drawn, including houses, churches, hotels and restaurants, bars or cafes. I will draw directly from the photo or photos provided and will remove people, cars, bins etc, unless otherwise instructed.

Important notes
- All orders will be hand drawn by myself.
- I will send over a digital mock up before committing to the final hand drawn illustration. Digital mock ups are rough composition previews to confirm layout, content and details; final artwork will be refined and completed after approval.
- If I don't receive a response to a proof after multiple attempts to get in touch, I reserve the right to proceed with the most recently supplied proof to avoid significant delays to your order.
- All illustrations are hand drawn on textured 300GSM card. As each piece is created by hand, minor variations and organic linework are a natural part of the finished artwork and add to the unique character of each illustration.
- The current turnaround for drawings is around 2-3 weeks while I work through a backlog from when I was away
- If you need your drawing by a certain date, please let me know when ordering or sending over photos and I'll do my best to ensure it arrives in time.
- If you would like just a digital scan of the final drawing (and not the original), please order from the separate listing.
- For any international orders, please allow 3–7 business days for delivery (I'm based in the UK).
- My working days are Monday to Friday. I'm unavailable on weekends and UK bank holidays, so replies and order updates may take a little longer during these times.

One last note:
I love sharing completed illustrations on my website and social media to help future customers see examples of my work. To avoid spoiling any gifts or surprises, artwork will not be shared until at least 2 months after completion. If you'd prefer your illustration to remain private, just let me know when ordering and I'll be happy to keep it confidential. Artwork containing personal information (such as names, addresses or other identifying details) will never be shared without permission.

Orders can be created portrait or landscape for a 7 x 5 inches / 8 x 6 inches or 8 x 10 illustration. For custom sizes please get in touch!
