How to Send Your Photo
After checkout, open our Etsy message thread and use the paperclip/attachment icon to upload your image. We’ll confirm receipt and can provide a quick proof on request.

Best Results
Choose a clear, well-lit image with your pet’s face forward. Upload JPG/PNG ≥ 2000 px on the shortest side. We’ll handle cropping and convert the photo for the cleanest engraving.

Good to Know
Because burn tones interact with real wood, slight differences in bark, grain, and color are normal. Minor knots or character marks add to the one-of-a-kind look.

Dust with a soft cloth. Keep dry and out of prolonged direct sun. Do not soak or put in the dishwasher.
