Our ornaments are crafted from 100% white ceramic with a glossy finish. Each one includes a golden string for hanging and measures approximately 2.8 inches in diameter.

How do I care for my ornament?

Use a microfiber cloth to gently remove dust or dirt. Avoid harsh chemicals or cleaners. For stubborn spots, lightly dampen a cotton swab with warm water and roll it over the surface—do not scrub. Store in a safe place when not in use to prevent scratches or breakage.

How long will it take to receive my order?

During the holiday season, most orders take 1-4 business days for personalization and printing, plus an additional 2–5 business days for shipping. We recommend ordering early to ensure your keepsakes arrive on time.

What is the last day to order for Christmas delivery?

We’re working as quickly as possible this season, but delivery by Christmas is not guaranteed due to holiday carrier delays and increased order volume. At this point in the season, choosing expedited shipping (1–3 business days) gives your order the best possible chance of arriving in time, but it is still not guaranteed.

Do you offer expedited shipping or bulk discounts?

Yes! We offer expedited shipping through USPS Priority, which typically takes 1–3 business days once your order is shipped. For bulk orders of 20 or more items, you can use code KEEPSAKE50 at checkout to receive a discount.

Because each ornament is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives broken, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos, and we’ll make it right—whether that’s a refund or a replacement.

Colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to monitor settings and the printing process. Each ornament is made to order, so small variations are normal.

Do you sell your PNG files?

No, we do not sell or provide digital files of our designs. All ornaments are sold as finished products only.

How do I order more than one personalized ornament?

To order multiple ornaments with different personalizations: 1. Choose your design. 2. Enter the personalization details for the first ornament. 3. Add to cart. 4. Return to the listing and repeat for each additional ornament.
