Where do you ship packages from?

We ship all our packages from Hong Kong.

When will my order be dispatched?

Normally, your orders will be dispatched from our warehouse and handover to the carrier in 1-14 days.

How long does an order take once dispatched?

Depending on the destination, normally it will take 7-10 business days to the USA and the UK, and 5-7 business days to Asian countries. 7-15 business days to European countries.

What countries do you ship to?

Basically, we ship worldwide but due to the logistic limitations, we may disable the shipping profile of some countries, please contact us if you cannot find your country on the checkout page, and we will check and work it out.

Who is responsible for customs duty fee?

The buyers are responsible for any fees incurred if/when transported across international borders. Shipments internationally may encounter custom duty fees. The fees are based on the destination and the regulations of the country being shipped to. We are happy to work with customers for duty fee issues, please contact us if you need any assistance.

Which shipping carrier do you use and do you provide tracking number?

We use Hong Kong Post or DHL and yes, we provide a tracking number for all packages.

Can I request express delivery?

Sure, we provide an upgrade option for faster shipping, or you can contact us if you have a preferred carrier, we will try our best to coordinate.
