How to import a file into GoodNotes?

1. Find the downloaded document in the Files app, and then click on it. 2. Tap the Share icon in the top right corner and then tap "Open in GoodNotes" or "Copy to GoodNotes". Import the file as a new document. Select the location where you want the document to be saved. You can also create a new folder for this purpose. You can also choose another note-taking application like Notability. Find the app and click it to open it. If you can't see your application in the bar, click "More". The steps for importing a sticker book (file ending in ".goodnotes") are the same as PDF documents.

Why do the hyperlinks not work in the planner?

For the links to work correctly, ensure that you have selected the "read-only" mode.

Does your store accept custom orders at this time?

Unfortunately not, currently, my shop does not accept any custom orders. If something changes, this information will appear in the shop.

How to download my files?

Once your payment comes through, your purchase will be available in your Etsy account in the “Purchases and Reviews” section. Then click “Download files”. If you buy as a guest on Etsy, a link to your product will come to your email address. Please note that you CANNOT download digital files through the Etsy app. Download all the files and save them to your computer, iPad, or tablet (Google Drive, iCloud, Dropbox, etc.). You can also download and open them directly in the app (GoodNotes, Notability).

What do I need to start digital planning?

To use our digital products, you will need a note-taking app, an iPad/tablet, and Apple Pencil/Stylus. The apps you might be interested in for iPad users are GoodNotes, Notability, and Android users: Noteshelf. Some of them require a one-off payment. The app, iPad/tablet, and Stylus/Apple Pencil are not part of this purchase.

Why do my purchased files not open?

For products packaged as zip files, first, unzip them on your computer or iPad. To do this, click on the zipped file. And then send it to your iPad via email or save it to cloud storage. A digital sticker book with the extension .goodnotes is ready to use.

Will you send a physical item to me?

No, at the moment, my shop only offers digital products.
