Our custom genuine leather patches are a stylish, yet cost effective way, to promote your brand or function. They can be used as hat patches, jacket patches, or a variety of other uses. We also offer an amazing variety of colors and shapes to choose from.

Please note: I will work with you to make your logo engravable as much as I can, but the patch fee does not include a design fee. If you need design services, please contact me before ordering.

About the leather: We use high quality 4-5 oz leather that ranges between 1.6-2mm thick.

How to order:
1) Select your options from the drop downs for adhesive and quantity
2) Use the personalization box to tell us your desired shape, color, with or without stitch holes, with or without border, along with any other instructions you feel are necessary.
3) Add to cart.
4) After checkout, send your logo via Etsy messages. Logo MUST be in black and white.
5) Watch for your proof to arrive within 48 business hours (this excludes weekends and holidays. Quick approval, means quick shipping, but we are more than happy to go back and forth with changes until it meets your expectations.

Application: These can be applied by stitching, with a strong glue or you can choose to get them with adhesive and press them on using a hat press or heat press. For hats, it is recommended that you get them without adhesive if you do not have a hat press. The adhesive we apply to our real leather patches is extremely strong, but requires both heat and pressure to adhere properly. For applying to flat surfaces, such as jackets or bags, you can get good adhesion with an iron from the back of the item with strong pressure.

Your Artwork or Logo: Please send us your logo using Etsy messaging after placing your order. .ai, PNG, SVG or vector format is preferred, but we are able to work with other options such as JPEG as long as the graphic is high quality. Once we have your logo, we will create and send a proof within 48 hours. At that time, you may approve or request changes. Orders ship within 3-4 days of approval.

About the process: Our real leather patches are cut and engraved are expertly made at our brick and mortar store in Central Florida. We use specific computer software to prepare your graphic for laser engraving. Once you approve the file, your order goes into production and is quickly processed. Once the patch has been engraved, it is then stained and conditioned by hand. Once completed, your order is packaged securely and shipped via USPS. First Class shipping is free for purchases over $35!
