The product is advertised with black paint, but I asked for a polished finish on my sallet. It showed more of the product defects of which there weren't many. The visor catch was loose, the chin strap buckle was damaged, and there was a tiny of amount of surface rust. if you're savy enough none of these are an issue. I've fixed the problems and the helmet looks beautifully well made. The customer service was excellent, and the shipping was quick. They were more than happy to answer any questions I had and were very helpful. I would most likely buy from them again, perhaps a matching bevor for my sallet. 9.5/10 very good.
