Exchange and multiple orders
You can exchange the standard size models you have ordered. You can also order multiple standard size models for remote fitting and return the ones that do not fit you. Only products that have not been used, modified, or damaged can be exchanged. All brand labels must be preserved. In this case, we will retain a non-refundable amount of \$100 for each returned product. The return shipping cost is covered by the customer. These return policies do not apply to products with manufacturing defects.

Cancellation of the order
We make each dress to order for each customer, even if it is a standard size. We do not keep a stock of products in our warehouse. Once an order is placed, the dress is immediately sent into production. Therefore, we can only cancel an order for free within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel an order later, we will charge a re-stocking fee of 30%.

Customs and import duties
Customers are responsible for paying all import and customs duties associated with their purchase. We cannot determine the amount of these fees. We recommend that you consult with your country's customs authorities before making a purchase. Please note that import and customs fees are not included in the price and must be paid by the customer in order for their package to be cleared by customs. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the termination of delivery and limited refund options.

Can I make changes to the design and size?
You can customize any product from our store to your liking. We will be happy to provide you with advice, the designer will consult you, the constructor will help you take measurements and sew an outfit in a custom size.
