Sizing:
❤ Please refer to our sizing chart to ensure you order the correct size.
❤ For an oversized look, go up in size. Go for your usual size for a relaxed fit.
❤ Please let me know if you have any questions before ordering. I will do my best
to address your inquiries as quickly as possible.
❤ Do not bleach. Do not dry clean. Wash inside out in cold water. Hang dry or
tumble on low heat. Iron inside out. Never iron directly on the design.
❤ Please note that some design and t-shirt colors may appear different on screen
vs. physical product.

❤ Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of the product being made on demand, we can only accept
exchanges if your item arrives misprinted/damaged/defective.
In the event that you'd like to exchange your item, please contact us through
Etsy as soon as possible (limit is 7 days after item is delivered) with your email
address provided. We will send a copy of our exchange protocol to your email
address which you will fill out and include with the return package.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost of item (shipping of new item is
covered).

We will send your exchange out ASAP after receiving the return package.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.

❤ Shipping:
Each item is made to order and will be ready to ship in 2-7 business days (these times are
always subject to be longer during any holiday rush).
Shipping can take an additional 3-7 days within the US. Shipping time for
international orders will vary depending on the country. Orders are always
shipped as soon as possible. The order will go into production within an hour or
so, so please be sure to double check address, color and sizes. Any orders
including misspelled names and incorrect shipping addresses due to client’s
error will not be refunded once shipped. Replacements can be purchased for
full price. If the shipping address needs to be changed, you must message me
before shipment. I will do my best to make that change before it is too late.
When your item is shipped you will receive an email from Etsy with a tracking
number.
Signature requirement may be purchased for $2.50, please convo me before
purchasing an item so I can update this into your item total.

❤ International Shipping:
Items will be shipped First Class and can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks
depending on location. Delaney & Abigail cannot be held responsible for
delayed shipping time because of customs issues. It is also important to know if
your country has a VAT import tax – if so, your post office may charge you an
additional fee to pick up your item. This is fully out of our control and each
buyer is individually responsible for paying these costs.

❤ Priority Requests:
If you need an item before a certain date, please message us before ordering to
confirm it is possible.
Please note, these priority approvals are NEVER GUARANTEED, because of the
nature of the made to order process and the fact that USPS shipping is out of
our control – things may happen to where your item may not arrive on the
approved date. If approved, we are committing to do our absolute best to rush
the process and get your item(s) in the mail as quickly as possible but are not
guaranteeing its specific arrival date. It is up to the buyer's discretion to
decide whether or not they agree to these terms, as refunds WILL NOT be given
for items that do not arrive on time. 95% of approved priority requests do arrive
on time without hang ups.

❤ Lost or Stolen Packages:
Delaney & Abigail cannot be held responsible or liable for any packages once
they have been shipped. Unfortunately, refunds are not available for package
theft or if the item is lost in the mail. But, we will do our best from the start to
work with you and make sure you have a great experience.
