Have you ever fancied dabbling in the mysterious art of baking sourdough but felt it was too complicated and difficult?!
Well, look no further because my beautiful sourdough starter is not only very easy to use, but also strong and reliable.

This starter consistently produces beautiful, tasty doughs that just get better each time you bake. It is made from just 2 ingredients : strong white bread flour and beautiful un-chlorinated water, from a private underground water supply deep in the Cornish countryside.

I really want to share that wonderful feeling of making bread that you know exactly what ingredients are in it, and the versatility of being able to add anything you like!

Each packet has 10 grams of dehydrated starter and clear instructions of how to hydrate and care for it. I know these instructions work because I tested them myself! There's enough starter for at least 4 attempts, just in case it's needed or if you need back up.

I really want you to succeed in baking beautiful sourdough, so please message me if you need any guidance throughout the process. I've helped so many of my lovely customers get their first loaf from my sourdough, even when they've not succeeded previously with other starters.

Apologies for the delay in leaving feedback, the post was delayed but luckily because this was dehydrated originally it didn’t affect the quality. Clear instructions on how to rehydrate the starter and cute packaging. I haven’t yet made a loaf but I’m sure it will be great.
