If you have a special idea, colour request or would like something slightly different, just send me a message — I’ll do my best to help. Customisation itself is offered free of charge. If a design requires additional leather or hardware, I’ll always discuss the details and pricing with you before proceeding.

Gift wrapping and packaging

If you select gift wrapping at checkout, your order will be carefully packed in a beautiful gift box, with a message included if you wish. This makes it perfect for sending directly to the recipient. If you mark your order as a gift only, it will be neatly wrapped in paper and a message can be added in the notes.

Leather & Thread Colours

I work with a wide range of high-quality leather and thread colours. If the colour you’re looking for isn’t currently listed, feel free to get in touch — I’ll be happy to suggest an alternative or let you know when it may be available.

Can I cancel my order?

As this is a personalised item, cancellations are only possible before personalisation begins. If you need to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to help. Once personalisation has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Engraving on darker leather colours may appear more subtle due to the natural characteristics of the leather. This is a normal result of the engraving process, not a defect. For higher contrast, hot foil personalisation is recommended.
