The clips are BEAUTIFUL. The images do not do justice. The color is vibrant and stands out. The material is sturdy. The clip has a strong grasp on hair and will not slide down or loosen with movement. There are nonstop compliments for these clips. I have to praise the customer service. I ordered two of the clips as a gift and I hadn't received my order after some time and inquired about possible tracking information. My order was stuck in customs and officially declared lost. I was offered a refund or replacement items. I opted for replacement items (only because it was a gift) and I received those immediately. The response time was prompt and the turn around time was quick. I eventually received my original order and reached out to have these sent back, but the seller let me keep them. I LOVE their customer service!!
