it's only a bit smaller than I expected to call a sword. it feels a lot more like a half spear but I love everything else about it. when I looked it up through wushu kungfu videos I saw a much larger blade with a long handle to counterbalance. this isn't the same weapon obviously but the photo perspective made me think it was bigger.
