Hard to download, not all of the items described were included, one of the items won't print. Not good at all. I'm wasting filament trying to get one good print.

Not what I expected when I purchased and downloaded. The files do not load so you cannot see what they are you just have to blindly download and hope it is what you are looking for. Also, what I came across was a few of the downloads that I did download to see, were so much different from the picture displayed.
