When will my order ship?

I try really hard to ship every order within 3 business days, but I have a full time job while also being a full time student so this sometimes is not possible. While I ship orders every day, please know that weekends are not included in my processing time, and that could cause further delays. Orders are always shipped before the deadline Etsy provides, but just know that if an order is placed on Friday, it could take as long as the following Friday for it to get shipped

Are these additional items official photocards?

No. All the freebies I provide are either lomo cards or photos I've cut down to photocard size from my extra albums.

Why hasn't the tracking for my order updated?

To keep my shipping costs low, I use the labels Etsy provides through Pitney Bowes. Since these aren't official USPS codes, they don't always get scanned at each processing location. When this happens, it can appear your order is stuck in pre-transit. I always ship orders out the same day I print shipping labels. If you see the date the label has been printed, please rest assured that the package is with USPS despite not seeing much movement on the tracking screen. It simply means it is traveling as a regularly stamped envelope.

My order is stuck in pre-transit. Is it lost?

Not necessarily. Pitney Bowes codes don't always get scanned like regular USPS codes do. When this happens, the package is traveling as stamped mail. Based on feedback from multiple orders, stamped mail can sometimes take up to 14 days to arrive after the ship date, or in this case, the label created date. Any questions about shipping are welcomed, but please wait 14 days (2 weeks) after the ship date to open a help request where we can discuss various options to resolve the issue.

My order was marked as delivered, but it isn't here. What do I do now?

While it doesn't happen often, Pitney Bowes codes can occasionally be marked as delivered prematurely. If this happens, please allow 2-3 days for the package to arrive. If it still hasn't arrived during that time, please message me for further discussion.

*SHIPPING*
If purchasing in the US, the envelope will be sent with a code from Pitney Bowes that works similarly to stamped mail. This code can only be tracked through Etsy. It will not show as a valid code when searching on the USPS website.

Please note that sometimes the tracking can be unreliable as not every post office is familiar with scanning codes on letter mail. The code serves more as shipping/delivery confirmation than actually tracking the whole process. Occasionally, packages can be marked as delivered early. If this occurs, please give it 2-3 more days to arrive.

If purchasing internationally, the package will be sent in a small bubble mailer.
