📝 How to Apply Your Iron-On Patch

For best results, follow these simple steps to securely attach your patch:

1️⃣ Preheat your iron to a high temperature (cotton setting) with no steam. A hot iron ensures strong adhesion.
2️⃣ Position the patch (adhesive side down) exactly where you want it. Cover it with a thin cotton cloth or tea towel to protect it from direct heat.
3️⃣ Press firmly with the iron for 90-120 seconds, moving it around to distribute heat evenly.
4️⃣ Let it cool completely before checking. The patch and fabric will be extremely hot; wait a moment before checking the edges to avoid burns. If any part isn’t fully adhered, repeat the process, applying extra heat and pressure as needed.
5️⃣ Flip the garment inside out (if possible) and apply heat to the back of the patch for an additional 30 seconds. This helps reinforce the bond for better durability.
6️⃣ For long-term wear, especially on frequently washed or stretched fabrics, stitch around the edges for added security.
