Prints may be bought unframed or framed - please choose carefully. Images of framed prints are digital mockups and do not represent the frames sold. See frame info image.

All prints in my shop are made to order, printed specifically for you once your purchase is placed. Because they are produced individually and not held in stock, I don’t accept returns or exchanges, and I’m unable to cancel an order once it has gone into production.

⭐️ 𝟏𝟐-𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐀𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐃𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐖𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐎𝐖
You have 12 hours from the time of purchase to cancel or amend your order before it’s sent to print.
Please double-check:
• Delivery address (I can’t replace or refund items that are lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout)
• Chosen print size
• Chosen colour (if applicable)
• Chosen frame (if applicable)
• That you are happy with the paper and frame types and acknowledge that these are not fine art prints or solid wood frames.

⭐️ 𝐒𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐋 𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐒 𝐎𝐑 𝐆𝐈𝐅𝐓𝐒
Seasonal themed artwork can't be guaranteed to be delivered in time as there can be postage delays and courier issues that are out of my control. I highly recommend buying seasonal posters or posters intended for gifting well ahead of time. Alternatively, I can provide any image as a digital download so you can print it yourself at your local printer or online, just get in touch.

⭐️ 𝐅𝐑𝐀𝐌𝐄𝐒
Frame choices include black, white or oak style finish. The frames are not solid wood/solid oak. Frames include shatter resistant 1-2mm thick plexi-glass for protective, lightweight framing. Frames arrive ready to hang with sawtooth hangers, turn-buttons and easel back for desktop standing on smaller sizes up to A4. Frames shown in mockup images do not represent the frames sold, these are for interior inspiration only. Please see the frame colour image with the 3 corner examples. Larger sizes will be shipped with protective corners.

⭐️ 𝐖𝐇𝐎 𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐒 𝐌𝐘 𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐌𝐒?
I run Dandy Prints as a small business from home – just me! All prints are professionally produced by my trusted print partner and shipped directly to you.
This means I don’t see the items before dispatch, but if there are any issues with the print when your order arrives, just drop me a message and I’ll do everything I can do sort it out as soon as possible.

⭐️ 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐂𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆
A tracking number is provided once your order has been completed and dispatched. As soon as I have it, I will update your Etsy order along with the tracking number. Please note that printing companies are not open on weekends, so delivery times are calculated in working days.

⭐️ 𝐋𝐎𝐒𝐓 𝐎𝐑 𝐃𝐄𝐋𝐀𝐘𝐄𝐃 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐂𝐄𝐋𝐒
I can request a replacement from my production partner once the courier officially marks the parcel as lost, or if there has been no tracking movement for 10 working days. If your parcel is lost in transit or is significantly delayed, you are fully covered by Etsy’s Purchase Protection Program. In these instances, Etsy handles the refund process directly to ensure you are reimbursed quickly, while allowing me to protect my small business. To claim your refund, simply go to your 'Purchases' and select 'Help with order' to open a case. If the order is eligible, Etsy will issue a full refund at no cost to you or my shop.

⭐️ 𝐏𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐄 𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐂𝐊 𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐄𝐅𝐔𝐋𝐋𝐘
All sizes and details are clearly shown in every listing.
I can’t issue refunds or replacements if the artwork, colour, paper type, frame colour or size aren't suitable for your space once it arrives, or if you’ve changed your mind.

⭐️ 𝐂𝐎𝐋𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐕𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒
Colours may vary slightly from those you see on screen due to individual monitor settings. This is normal and does not qualify as a fault.

⭐️ 𝐅𝐀𝐔𝐋𝐓𝐘 𝐎𝐑 𝐃𝐀𝐌𝐀𝐆𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐌𝐒
Unfortunately technology & courier company handling occasionally fail us! If your print or frame arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect in any way:
Please message me immediately (and within 7 days) with:
• A clear photo of the issue
• A photo of the packaging
• A photo of the address label
Once I have seen and assessed the damage I will arrange a free replacement right away.
You do not need to return the faulty print or broken frame.
