Where do i get my download?

After your purchase, you’ll see a ‘View your file link’ which goes to the Downloads page. Here, you can download all the files associated with your order

What's the file format that i will receive?

You will receive a PDF with a link. Press the link to be directed to CANVA. You can use the FREE version of Canva. Press the link and start editing your invitation.

How do I share the digital invitation?

Once you've customized the design, you can download it and text the digital invitation to friends or family, share it via email, or post it on social media.

How do i download my digital products?

There are a couple of different ways to download your files from Etsy: 1. If you have an Etsy account, please make sure you are signed into your account before checking out. After purchase, your digital files will appear in your account on the Downloads page. 2. If you're checking out as a Guest, you will receive an email with your digital files after purchase. Please make sure to enter the correct email address at the checkout. Do you offer refunds?
