Am I able to get a specific design on a different garment?

Yes - upon request and availability I'd be happy to work with you to have a specific item made.

I received the wrong item or my item is damaged!

Though we do our very best to ensure your item is of the best quality, nobody's perfect! If you receive an item you didn't purchase or your item is ripped, stained, or damaged in any way, please send me a message with a picture of your item ASAP! I am more than happy to send you a reprinted shirt as quickly as possible! ❤

I ordered multiple items but have only received one. Where is the rest?

Not to worry! Since our items are made to order, they may be shipped separately. I'll do my best to send you all tracking numbers, but please send me a message if you have any questions!

Do you accept exchanges or returns?

Due to the made-to-order nature of my products and for safety reasons, I cannot accept exchanges or returns at this time. Please ensure you are ordering the correct size and color desired! Once your order has started production, a cancellation cannot be processed.

Sizing Specifications

Each listing includes a sizing chart! Please review them carefully before placing your order to ensure you are ordering your desired size. Gildan products are used for all sweatshirts. T-shirts are either Comfort Colors, Gildan, or Bella Canvas. All listings will specify the brand that is used. Please send me a message if you have a question about which shirt is being used for a specific design or if you'd like to switch shirt brands!

Printing Partners + Printing Method

ShopEddieLane partners with high-quality print shops to fulfill all orders. To ensure the best quality is received for each product, orders may be routed to sister print shops in other parts of the US or Canada! My products are direct-to-garment printed. My printing partner does not use vinyl or appliqué. Some of my listing images are mockups to show off the garment to the best of my ability. There may be slight variations in the sizing of the design and the intensity of the colors, depending on the garment sized ordered and the screen settings of the device you are using to look at the listing. Feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns!

Custom and personalized orders

If you have a request to modify a current design or would like me to create a custom design for you, please send me a message! I would love to work with you to bring your idea to life. Custom orders are subject to a $2-$5 additional charge based on the time it will take to create and the price designated by ShopEddieLane.
