Dugout Champ XL v7 - 3D Printable File - Baseball/Softball Fence Organizer

Included in this download are the version 7 Blank and Baseball Stitch designs.

The Dugout Champ is designed as an organizer for baseball and softball equipment, meant to be attached to dugout fences. It keeps the dugout neat and allows players to easily access bats, gloves, helmets, softball facemasks, and water bottles (tested with up to 40oz Stanleys with handles, and 32oz Owala bottles)

Printing Advice:
Simply find the 3MF file that matches your printer (or brand) and add your personalizations and filament colors. Tutorials videos should be coming soon.

Print with a strong filament like PETG, ASA or ABS to withstand outdoor conditions and regular use. Using a 0.4mm nozzle at .24 layer hieght is recommended for regular prints and detail, but a .6 or .8 nozzle will print it faster.

Your Dugout Champ should be printed with Heat Resistant and Durable like PETG material, ABS or ASA. PLA is not suitable for outdoor use unless it it PLA-HT (High Temp) but even then, the little bit of flex PETG offers makes it a superior choice.

It will hold your gear well and beat the weather, but PETG can be prone to high impact drops. The design is internally reinforced with deep embedded extra walls for durability.

The included Fence Clips work well for balance and support but using 3" carabiners at each corner would provide better support for extra equipment and large water jugs that you can attach to the bottom left and right side holes.

As of version 7, you can choose which length hooks you would like to print. The standard size hooks are by default Plates 1 and 2 in the 3MF files. The hooks are reinforced internally, but the best settings for the main unit are 6 Wall Loops, 15%-25% Gyroid Infill, and No Supports. The cup and fence clips should have 25% gyroid infill for strength.

If you are new to printing and the download does not include your printer manufacturer’s 3MF file type, please message me and I will attempt to convert it for you!
