Yes. All personalised printed orders receive a digital proof through Etsy messages, usually within 24 hours. Nothing is printed until you approve it. We’re happy to make reasonable changes before printing, so please carefully check all names, spelling, dates, wording, colours and quantities. Once approved, your order moves into production and further changes may no longer be possible. We don’t create personalised mock-ups before an order is placed.

Proofs are generally prepared within 24 hours, with printing taking approximately 48 hours after final approval. During busy periods this may vary. If your event is approaching, please message us before ordering with your event date and delivery location. Availability depends on our current production schedule, how quickly your proof is approved and your shipping method. Rush availability cannot always be guaranteed.

Standard tracked shipping can take approximately 1–10 business days after dispatch. Express is generally around 1–2 business days to most metro areas. Express only changes the delivery service after your order has been printed; it does not shorten proofing or production time. Australia Post controls delivery once your parcel has been dispatched, so we cannot guarantee an exact arrival date. Express is strongly recommended for tight deadlines.

Our stationery is professionally printed on large sheets with multiple pieces arranged together, so some products must be produced in set quantities such as lots of 10 or 20. If you require 53 pieces and the item is sold in lots of 10, you would need to order 60. Remaining pieces can usually be supplied as blanks. This production method helps maintain consistent print quality while reducing unnecessary waste.

Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll check what is still possible. Before printing begins, we may be able to make the change. Once your order is in production, changes may no longer be possible. Because we print on large sheets rather than individual cards, producing one extra name can sometimes require an entirely new print run, so additional printing and shipping charges may apply.

Absolutely. Most designs can be personalised with your own wording and selected colours from our available range. Bring-your-own artwork is also very welcome; high-resolution, print-ready PDF or vector artwork is preferred, and Canva links are accepted. Exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed, as screens, paper and printing methods all display colour differently. Significant artwork changes or recreation may require an additional design fee.

Paper stock varies depending on the product and is selected specifically for menus, place cards, coasters, tags and signage. White ink is available on selected darker boards such as black and burgundy. We do not offer gold foil. Gold-toned ink may be available on suitable light boards, but it will not have the shiny metallic finish of foil and may appear more mustard or bronze depending on the paper.

You can include your details during checkout. If your guest list, menu wording or personalisation is too long for the available box, simply send it through Etsy messages after ordering. For larger orders, a clear spreadsheet is also welcome. Please double-check your information before sending and again when your proof arrives, as your approved proof becomes the final version used for printing.
