Great communication! Every question or concern I had was responded to instantly. The rug is beautiful, plush, and all natural. I love that no chemicals are used in the processing or shipping. When I unwrapped it, it had that earthy wool smell instead of a factory/chemically smell that I’ve seen with other rugs. I will definitely be ordering again when it comes time for a new rug and recommending this seller to all my friends.

The rug I received, while similar to the one being advertised is not the same. The rug I received lacks fullness, several sections have not been filled in with wool. Its not as plush as I would hope. I received a shag rug which is not what I wanted as its quick to collect hair and dirt and impossible to clean. I appreciate the hardwork and labour that went into this but I would have waited longer to receive what is being advertised.
