As a small handmade business, all items are handmade to order and prepared with great care. Please read the return policy on each listing and the following FAQs before purchasing.

Please measure your dog carefully before ordering and refer to the size guide provided on the listing. Our sizing is based on measurements rather than age, weight, or breed. Dachshunds can vary significantly in chest, neck, and back length, even at the same age, so measurements are the most accurate way to select the correct size. To ensure you are happy with the fit, please keep the tags attached when trying the garment on your dog.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided that the item is returned in the same condition it was received, with all original tags still attached and the item unused. Items that have had tags removed or have been worn by dogs cannot be accepted for return, as they cannot be resold for hygiene reasons. To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty. Items that have been personalised, or made to specific customer requirements are non-returnable.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached. Returns that show signs of wear, pet hair, washing, damage, odours, or any other signs of use will not be accepted. If an item is returned in this condition, it will not be eligible for a refund and may be sent back to the buyer.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Thank you for supporting our small handmade business.

The fabric is OEKO-TEX certified. This means that the fabric has been tested for harmful substances and can be safely used for all garments, including for babies and children.

Whilst care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the colours in the images, please be aware that due to monitor resolution, lighting, photo processing software and other factors it is almost impossible to represent colour to 100% accuracy.

I ordered this fleece before leaving for out of the country and the package got lost in the mail. Seller was so kind and remade my order and shipped it out right away and I received it the next day, one day before I left the country. She was great! Fleece is super well made and great quality for my 13 pound mini doxie. Highly recommend!

Outstanding!! If absolutely buy from this seller again! The quality of the products is amazing and the customer service is unbelievably good. Unfortunately when I first ordered the package got lost, but I contacted the seller and they were full of apologises, they tried to track down my parcel and once they had investigated they sent out a replacement of each product with no fuss. Things like this can happen all the time but the experience and amazing service I received doesn’t go unnoticed. I was so pleased to hear that I’d get my products after all. Couldn’t recommend enough!!
