How are items packed?

Keychain/Charm: smol box or mailer Postcard: rigid mailer Print: box Multiple Prints: bigger box! We use recycled kraft boxes so the texture may feel rough when touch but rest assure they are very strong and durable.

We are unable to offer return/exchange services. However, should your order arrived incomplete/damaged/missing, please contact us immediately to quickly get it resolved and receive replacements. We will need photos and videos of the original packaging, preferrably before and after the package is opened.

First, double check your shipping address. If the reason is incorrect address given, we can't do anything about it. If tracking shows delivered but you can't find the package, probably a good idea to check with your household's members and neighbors and thoroughly inspect your premise (delivery personel might try to hide package from plain sight for protection). If nothing shows up on your end, we will look into this with the carrier and depends on our findings, we may ship you a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

International Shipping Time

International Shipping delivery time will vary greatly from 2 to 6 week. Unfortunately that is not in our control as it's all up to the carriers in the destination country. Most often the package will spend 1 week in the US then another 1 to 5 weeks depending on the carriers in the destination country.

Non-English-Alphabet International Address

Post Offices in the US only recognize Roman characters, so please try your best to translate your language into Romanized words (the alphabet A B C D etc.); otherwise, we will have to cancel the order should we cannot reach you in reasonable amount of time (24~72 hours).
