It doesn’t even have my initials how I wanted. Not sure what happened. My initials are JW after I get married. This looks like IW, the bag is just not the best quality, just seems cheaply made. I did update my review because the seller reached out and apologized and sent me a new bag exactly how I wanted. Will say their customer service is great if it doesn’t turn out how you wanted.
