I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Everything was arranged incredibly efficiently on the seller’s side. He was extremely responsive throughout the whole process and kept me updated at every stage, which made the purchase feel very reassuring. Although the item was dispatched on time and all UK arrangements were made correctly, the final delivery was delayed due to DPD having difficulty locating my new-build address. Despite this being outside of his control, the seller remained very helpful and proactive, doing everything he could to make sure the situation was resolved smoothly. The coffee table itself is absolutely beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for. It was packaged exceptionally well in fact, it took me quite a while to unpack everything because of how carefully it was protected, which I appreciated.
