No, all our items are digital downloads only. You will receive your files instantly after purchase from your Etsy account under “Purchases and Reviews”.

How do I download my files?

After your payment is confirmed, go to your Etsy account → Purchases and Reviews → find your order → click Download Files. You can download them anytime, they never expire.

Can I use your files for commercial projects?

Yes! You can use them for up to 200 physical products (shirts, mugs, etc.). For mass production or resale of digital files, please contact us for an extended license.

My file didn’t open — what should I do?

Sometimes files are in ZIP format. Please extract them before use. If you still face issues, message us — we’ll resend or guide you step-by-step.

Do you accept custom design requests?

Absolutely! We love making unique SVGs and PNGs. Send us your idea, and we’ll be happy to create it for you.

Can I get a refund or exchange?
