Highlights
Mindful affirmation cards, one a day: 31 cards, 3.5 x 5 in, an affirmation on the front, a 30-second thing to do on the back, and a wooden stand for today's card.
Most decks are bought for someone else. A friend who is carrying a lot, a colleague at the end of a long stretch, a group of girlfriends to hand them out to. One Etsy buyer called it "lots of wonderful mindfulness suggestions."
HOW A CARD WORKS
1. Draw a card and stand it where you will see it: the desk, the nightstand, the kitchen windowsill.
2. Read the front out loud.
3. Do the back. Sit upright with your palms on your thighs, breathe in for four counts and out for six. Or rest both hands over your heart. Or light a candle and watch the flame.
WHAT'S INSIDE
- 31 cards, 3.5 x 5 in, soft-touch cardstock with rounded corners
- Themes: breath, body grounding, heart-centered awareness and noticing what is around you
- A wooden stand that holds one card upright
- The deck's own printed box
WHO IT'S FOR
A friend going through a hard month. A teacher after a tough school year. A coworker who is leaving, from the whole team. Families send it at Christmas to someone they appreciate. Or keep one on your own desk for the weeks when there is a lot going on.
GOOD TO KNOW
- The cards are 3.5 x 5 in: card size, not pocket size.
- A few cards suggest a Monsuri candle or spray. Any candle you already own works, and some buyers set those cards aside when they use the deck with a group.
- The wording is plain and not religious.
PACKAGING
The cards and the stand arrive in the deck's printed box.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Dispatched in 1 to 2 business days. Returns accepted within 30 days.
FAQ
How big are the cards? 3.5 x 5 in, a little smaller than a postcard.
Can it go straight to her? Yes. Put her address in at checkout.
