Production & Shipping:
On average, merchandises are produced within 2-5 business days from date of purchase. Standard shipping time generally takes 3-6 days for domestic.

Care Instruction:
Machine wash warm, inside out, with like colors. Use only non-chlorine bleach. Tumble dry medium. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.

Cancellation, exchange and return policy: Cancellation is accepted within 2 hours from time of purchase. Since each product is made-to-order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges. Please be sure to check all information related to the product and let us know if you have further questions before placing order.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All of our mockup is computer generated. Colors may look different depending on the calibration of your monitor; contrast, brightness, saturation will depend on the settings you have chosen for your computer screen. Taking all of this in consideration keep in mind that the colors on the design won't look exactly as you see them on the computer (in terms of color). Vibrant colors like red, yellow etc have the tendency to be less bright

Additionally, the mockup listing photo is adult t-shirt which has a much larger printing area. For toddler, youth and infant shirt, the printing area will be much smaller. Please contact us for the mockup prior making purchase to make sure you like it.
